This book is just what you need to involve your class in the mathematics of chance and the science of analysis. Your students will flip a coin in a marathon basketball tournament: is Heads or Tails really the better team? They'll spin an alphabet wheel until they spell a 3-letter word: if you spelled "cat" the first time, are you as likely to spell it again?
