Fair-Use Fees and Contributions
TOPS Learning Systems is a tax-exempt 501(c)3 educational non-profit organization. Contributions are fully tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Our continued ability to provide these products depends on support from our users. Use the following FAIR-USE FEE Calculation Guide to determine your fee. Then use the Send Contribution form to send your FAIR-USE FEE to TOPS, paid by credit card.
